4SaleNetwork provides it’s products and services subject to the “Terms and Conditions” “TAC” which may be updated without notice. You the “Customer” AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Using 4SaleNetwork products and services shall be subject to guidelines, rules and regulations where applicable and posted as required and as incorporated in the “TAC”.

 

SERVICE PROVIDED

                Service provided is “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

REGISTRATION

In consideration of your use of the service, you agree:

·         To provide, true, accurate, current information about yourself where, applicable.

·         Where registration and membership is required you agree to provide valid email address, password and updated and accurate information.

·         Membership cannot be transferred, assigned or shared. 4SaleNetwork has the right to refuse service.

You represent that you are of Legal age to form a binding contract with 4SaleNetwork INTERNATIONAL. Failure to provide accurate information 4SaleNetwork has the right to terminate your account and refuse membership.

PRIVACY POLICY

Data and personal information provided by you shall be subject to “PRIVACY POLICY “ terms and conditions, which you acknowledge having read, understood and agree with its terms and conditions contained in it.

 

USER CONDUCT

You agree:

1. You, and not 4SaleNetwork INTERNATIONAL are responsible for information you provide and contents you provide upload, post or email.

2. Not to post any abusive, harmful, threatening or unlawful material or harmful to minors.

3. No spam or junk email or solicited advertising or viruses to be sent by you.

4. Your content shall be limited to time limit contracted with 4SaleNetwork.

5. Not to intentionally or unintentionally to violate any lays and to abide by all applicable laws being local, national and international.

6. Not to harass, cause damage or store information about other users

7. You agree that 4SaleNetwork may under certain conditions void without prior notice terminate your service or membership. Such conditions include breach and violation of TAC.

You acknowledge that 4SaleNetwork reserves the right to modify change the service or discontinue without notice you agree that 4SaleNetwork Shall not be the liable for any or any other party for modification distribution or supervision of such service

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify 4SaleNetwork, it subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, co-branders, partners harmless from any claim or demands including legal fees due or arising out of content you submit, post, or make available through our service.


 

OTHER TERMS

You Agree:

That 4SaleNetwork shall have the right to modify services provided and shall not be liable to You or any other person or thirds party due to such modification, termination or suspension of service.

That Your correspondence or business dealings with advertisers found or linked to our website are solely between you and the other party and you agree that 4SaleNetwork shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort arising of such dealings or the presence of such advertisements on our site.

 

You Acknowledge that some proprietary and confidential material that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You agree that content and information are protected by copyrights trademarks, service marks, patents and agree not to modify lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative work based on the services provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL 4SaleNetwork BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OR OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES 4SaleNetwork SHALL REFUND ANY AMOUNT OR PORTION OF MONEY PAID FOR THE PURCHASE, USE, REGISTERING OR OBTAINING MEMBERSHIP FOR OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT 4SaleNetwork (ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, COBRANDERS, AFFILIATES) SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM CUSTOMER USE AND CUSTOMER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS 4SaleNetwork (ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, COBRANDERS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL COSTS, DAMAGES OR LOOSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION (LEGAL) AS A RESULT OF CUSTOMER USE OR PURCHASE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

a) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, LISTINGS AND OTHER PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON  “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT, TO THE LISTINGS, PRODUCTS CONTENT OR SERVICE, INCLUDING THEIR ACCURACY, OPERATION, CONFORMITY, TO ANY REPRESENTATION, OR DESCRIPTION, AND 4SaleNetwork SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

b) YOU SHALL BE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE ARISING OF DOWNLOADED MATERIAL OR USE OF SERVICE

c) NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED BEING WRITTEN OR ORAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This TAC shall constitute the entire Agreement. The laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada shall govern this TAC and the relationship between You the Customer and 4SaleNetwork. You the Customer agree that regardless of any laws or statutes to the contrary, any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of services provided or purchased or the TAC must be filed within six months after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever void and dismissed.
